Magnolia Carts knows your catering needs. Our carts meet the requirements of
most state health departments. All of our dipping carts include our patented ice
cream sink, also constructed of NSF/UL materials in the US in NSF/UL certified
facilities. Our ice cream carts are made in America with the exception of the freezer
which is made in Austria. Why do we use an Austrian freezer?
We use AHT freezers from Austria because their freezers have the best warranties
in the business and better maintenance records than any freezer we know. We
used to be ice cream store owners and used American freezers, Mexican freezers,
and Dutch freezers and none compare to the quality of the AHT freezers we use
now. We personally visited the AHT freezer factory in Austria and witnessed first
hand their top notch operations, quality control, research and development, and
craftsmanship. We want you to have equipment you can depend on.
The freezers actually come from AHT's North American headquarters in Charleston,
SC. Our cart frames are manufactured in Charleston, SC from powder-coated
tubular steel with rubber wheels. Our patented sinks and sneezguards are
manufactured with restaurant quality stainless steel in Columbia, SC in our NSF/UL
certified facilities.
Another major difference in our ice cream carts compared to our competitors' is
that we do not permanently weld a cart frame around the freezer. Our cart frame is
easily removable from the freezer, as is the sink, because we believe modular is
better. Modular cart systems allow you to easily replace any portion of the cart
without having to replace the whole cart. This also allows you to use portions of
the cart such as the freezer or the portable sink as needed.

smooth surfaces, friendly angles and easy-access drain plugs. The freezers have
powder-coated, baked enamel interiors and exteriors that can withstand many
years of use. These are the same freezers used inside ice cream stores. Spilled
product will not hurt them.
