I am happy with the (Model CP-1 Cold Plate) cart ;-D I only operate it on the weekends and for special events, but I have made back
my initial investment this summer. Generally, I'm good for about 7-10 hours. I really depends upon how hot it is and how busy I am.
For example, on the 4th of July I started out at -20 when I left home for an event at 9:30 a.m., and after a very busy day of opening and
closing the lids in 90+ heat I was about 10-15 degrees on the positive side with product still staying cold when I got home at 4:00 p.m. I
have been quite satisfied with the overall simplicity of operation with this cart, (I sell pre-packaged novelty treats, no food prep). I find it
fits inside my 2000 Honda van when I remove the lid to roll it in. I then put the lid on from the side door entry.

about six hours unplugged. We use them for selling pre-packaged ice cream and for scooping. We
have both types of lids, the solid insulated flip-top lids and love the clear sliding Lexan lids.
