Model A6
Model A6 displays six flavors of ice cream or gelato, with
space below for four more ice cream tubs or eight more
gelato pans. This cart and can be configured for ice cream,
gelato, frozen custard, or Italian Ice. This set-up includes a
portable sink, light kit, umbrella and graphics.

These optional gelato trays (show above and
right) hold either three 5-liter gelato pans or two
12-liter pans each. Add $125 to the Model A6
price for these in place of the baskets.
Ice cream catering is easy with this ice
cream cart because everything fits in the
back of a minivan. This is a 1998 Pontiac
TransSport.  For the cart models with the
fold-down sneezeguard, you need a
clearance of 40.5", without the sneezeguard
you need 38.5" and for the sink you need
39.5".  The sink is in front of the freezer and
the ramps, wastewater tank, and price-sign
table can be seen to the right of the freezer.

This shows the insulated solid sliding lids.  You have your choice of glass or solid.  Most of our customers choose
glass but sometimes they also order the solid lids as an extra option to use when needed.  They are easily
interchangeable with all of our Model A, NC and SC carts.  The cost for the additional lid set is $199.00.

on this page into a

left). For a Canopy
Cart, add $1,950 to
the cart's price.
All Dipping Carts (except Model  BDC-6)  include:
  • Sink: patented portable ice cream sink PS-2 with         dipwell, hot water heater, water pump, fresh water tank, wastewater tank. (Some health departments require a ware-washing station and our PS-5
    model sink has that feature:  add $500 to this cart price, if you would like Model PS-5 sink instead.)
  • Freezer: top-quality commercial freezer,        certified to NSF/ANSI standards with powder-coated baked enamel interior and exterior, able to withstand many years of use and abuse, including
    product spills.
  • Cart Frame: heavy-duty white powder-coated steel cart frame with heavy-duty 4"swivel rubber wheels (two locking).
  • Graphics: your choice of custom graphics on 3 sides of the freezer and back of sink or your custom graphics on a 24" x 36" magnet
  • Umbrella: Your choice of umbrella from our umbrella colors page, imprinted with our standard graphics or for an additional charge, your custom graphics.
  • Light: stainless steel fluorescent light for under the umbrella.  (Not included with Cold Plate Carts)
  • Display Baskets: your choice of white wire baskets for displaying 2.5 or 3-gallon tubs or stainless steel trays to display standard 5-liter gelato pans. (Add up to $250 for stainless steel trays)
  • Adjustable Thermostat: choose either +10 to -10F (recommended for ice cream) or 0 to +38F (recommended for gelato).  Each type has an adjustable dial.
  • Available Upgrades: PS-5 Sink+$500; Larger wheels on freezer cart frame, 6"+$149, 8"+$199, 20" bicycle wheels+$299; Custom logo on umbrella+$95, extra ink color on umbrella+$50.
The PS2 Portable Ice Cream Sink has a
NSF dipwell that locks
in place behind the freezer.
