These optional gelato trays (show above and
right) hold either three 5-liter gelato pans or two
12-liter pans each. Add $100 to the Model A6
price for these in place of the baskets.
Ice cream catering is easy with this ice
cream cart because everything fits in the
back of a minivan. This is a 1998 Pontiac
TransSport.  For the cart models with the
fold-down sneezeguard, you need a
clearance of 40.5", without the sneezeguard
you need 38.5" and for the sink you need
39.5".  The sink is in front of the freezer and
the ramps, wastewater tank, and price-sign
table can be seen to the right of the freezer.

This shows the insulated solid sliding lids.  You have your choice of glass or solid.  Most of our customers choose
glass but sometimes they also order the solid lids as an extra option to use when needed.  They are easily
interchangeable with all of our Model A, NC and SC carts.  The cost for the additional lid set is $199.00.
