(subtract $1,750 from above price, if you don't want the sink.) - detachable large umbrella, your choice of colors from our Umbrella Colors page with basic graphics and fluorescent light assembly for outside night jobs. (subtract $100 from above price, if you don't want the umbrella) - custom built, heavy-duty, painted, white steel hand truck, with built-in umbrella holders and locking wheels. (See photo below) - logo and lettering on freezer and sink with your custom graphics (subtract $175 from above price if you don't want any graphics) - your choice of sliding glass lids or sliding solid lids - your choice of white wire baskets for displaying 2.5 or 3-gallon tubs or stainless steel trays to display standard 5-liter gelato pans. - Runs on regular 110v electricity - Amp requirements: Freezer=4.6, water heater=10.5, water pump=.4, Total=15.5 - Adjustable thermostat - choose either +10 to -10F (recommended for ice cream) or 0 to +36F (recommended for gelato).
