Ice cream catering is easy with this ice cream cart
because everything fits in the back of a minivan.
The sink is in front of the freezer and the ramps,
wastewater tank, and price-sign table can be seen
to the right of the freezer.

These are the ice cream tubholder baskets and skirts as
shown in a Model A2A or A2B. Each basket holds two
3-gallon or 2.5 gallon ice cream tubs. Models A1A and
A1B will hold three of these baskets and skirts to display a
total of six tubs.

- your choice of sliding glass lids or sliding solid lids
- your choice of white wire baskets for displaying 2.5 or 3-gallon tubs or stainless
steel trays to display standard 5-liter gelato pans.
- Runs on regular 110v electricity
- Amp requirements: Freezer=4.6, water heater=10.5, water pump=.4, Total=15.5
- Adjustable thermostat - choose either 0 to -15F (recommended for ice cream) or 0 to
+36F (recommended for gelato). Each type includes adjustable dial.
- UL listed and tested to NSF/ANSI 7 standards.
