- your choice of custom graphics on 3 sides of the freezer and back of sink or your custom graphics on a 24" x 36" magnet
- your choice of sliding glass lids or sliding solid lids
- your choice of white wire baskets for displaying 2.5 or 3-gallon tubs or stainless steel trays to display standard 5-liter gelato pans. (Add $200 for
stainless steel trays) - an adjustable thermostat - choose either +10 to -10F (recommended for ice cream) or 0 to +38F (recommended for gelato). Each type has an
adjustable dial.
