| We've recently assigned new model numbers to all of our dipping carts in order to match their model numbers more closely with how many standard (2.5 or 3-gallon) ice cream tubs each model holds. The number of gelato pans, or non-standard ice cream containers may be more or less than that number. Each cart includes freezers that are UL and NSF listed and include the necessary features required by state health and/or agriculture departments. The patented portable ice cream sink that is included with these carts is also constructed of NSF and UL listed components. Our carts are all electric and can be plugged into a standard 110v wall outlet. |
