Ideal for ice cream and gelato bulk storage or scooping, the
Sao Paulo Flat-top freezers are designed to maximize visual
merchandising and ease of use. These freezers include
sliding glass or solid insulated lids and may be purchased
with or without baskets. Each ice cream basket and round
plastic lid holds the standard 2.5 or 3-gallon tub and comes
with a plastic skirt that frames the top of the baskets with
small angled flavor sign platforms. Each gelato basket holds
three standard 5-liter gelato pans and also includes a plastic
top-skirt. The baskets do not have a warranty due to a
history of customer abuse (pushing down too hard when
scooping). The stainless steel gelato panholder trays come
with a lifetime warranty.
