Designed to help you sell more scoops of ice cream or gelato, the Sao Paulo Dipping Cabinets include glass sliding lids and a
beautiful Euro-Style curved glass sneezeguard permitting perfect merchandise presentation and excellent visibility. Each model is
available with or without the tubholder/panholder basket package.
Each ice cream tubholder basket holds two standard 2.5 or 3-gallon tubs and includes a plastic skirt that frames the top of the basket
with small angled flavor sign platforms. Each gelato basket holds three standard 5-liter gelato pans and also includes a plastic top-
skirt. The baskets do not have a warranty due to a history of customer abuse (pushing down too hard when scooping). The stainless
steel gelato panholder trays come with a lifetime warranty.
